No unauthorized recordings or reproductions of Nclex  Review Series (lecture videos, study books, practice questions, Handouts etc.) may be made or shared without the consent of the company.

Any request for a refund on a teachable course must be made within the first 7 days  after the purchase.

Any request for a refund of a live online course must be made by the first day of the class.

For Live Online Course customers, there is a $30 non-refundable fee for the 3 Printed Study books. In case of a refund request, the student will be refunded the amount paid minus the non-refundable fee and shipping.

Any study book must be returned in new condition without any scratches, marks, tears, or signs of use to be eligible for a refund. Shipping will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable on items sent back. Nclex  Review Series has the right to deny any refund that does not fall within our policies.

Requests to switch to a different live online class may be made before the start of the class that you have registered for. If you contact us after your class begins, you will not be eligible for a refund, but can apply your payment to a future class or another product.

If you purchase an online class and want to switch to live recordings, you must make the request within 7 days of purchasing the online class.

If the whole package is canceled for any reason by Nclex Review Series, you will be given the option of a full refund or a credit to apply your payment to a future class or package.

Nclex Review Series records every live online class conducted on Google Meet. Those courses that you are a participant in may be resold in future product packages or used in promotional materials by Nclex Review Series.
